5 years later, and 10 years later…

2010 – 2015 – 2020
It’s been 5 years since I made this post, and a full decade since I drew the pic on the far left. (this blog’s 5th anniversary is next month)
Discovering how to do digital paintings has had an amazing effect on my drawings during the past 5 years. It doesn’t look like it here, but I improved a considerable amount during that time period. I’m proud of myself in a way.

Things and stuff

For this practice sketch, I referenced a few older drawings done by Kinuko for the shape of the eyes and to an extent the colors. I personally like how it turned out!

I also attempted to do a study and I think it turned out fine lol

Anatomy studies and more?

Some anatomy exercises. I’m going to take the next few months to draw a couple hundred of these types of anatomical forms to hone my drawing and draftsman skills 💪
